Sales Account Manager – Insiyabi IT Company

Job Description
The Sales Account Manager will represent Company Technologies to its customers and be responsible for achieving his target quota of sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Developing new accounts for the company.
• Generating business opportunities by continuously following-up with the customers to understanding their business needs and requirements.
• Handling the Sales Cycle starting from generating leads to closing deals.
• Offering our IT services to the customers and match these services with the customer’s business requirements.
• Achieve his annual target Sales quota.
• Build relationship and ensure that long term business relationship with key customers is developed and maintained.
• Communicate with the internal presales engineers to identify the customer needs and finding the appropriate solutions for them in order to close the deals
• Ensure overall profit margin, on sold products & solutions.
• Discuss with the Sales Manager on profit margin, market price trends, and variation options for the products to influence sales growth.
• Support and develop current major accounts and develop business with targeted new accounts.
• Utilizes direct consultative selling to prospective and current accounts in assigned territory, determining the products and services needed.
• Works with the products managers to customizes and sells solution and services to match account needs.
• Conducts significant direct contact with customers.
• Actively participates in sales calls and presentations; identifies goals, evaluates account needs, and designs appropriate demonstrations.
• Responsible for all client communications, revenue, conflict resolution, supervising client deliverable.
• Works to customize quotes and proposals and to coordinate resources across divisions
• Build and manage opportunity model and pipeline.
• Timely and accurately reporting for pipeline and forecast
• Execute on annual Business & Key account plans
• Prepare weekly sales report, pipeline/Forecast for Sales Manager’s review.
• Map opportunities and build engagement model
• Manage, track and steer joint plan on quarterly basis
• Lead Generation
• Define key opportunity priority list
• Support on follow up on invoices and is responsible for payment collections.
