Industry – Industrial Sales
– Responsible revenue and quality targets for sales for Foam in UAE.
– Projecting annual/monthly revenue & quantity sales customer wise – Mattress Manufacturers & Specialty Foam customers.
– Producing a monthly detailed sales plan for each customer to achieve / exceed targets.
– Maintain good relationship with all customers by maintaining communication – visits, calls or electronic channels.
– Visit existing and potential customers regularly and meet key contacts who influence decision making .
– Monitor customer performance regularly, target vs actual and recommend corrective actions to avoid loss of business.
– Receive enquiries. Prepare & send quotations, process orders on time in ERP with all details as required.
– Coordinate with respective department in HO for smooth delivery of orders.
– Follow company systems and procedures for processing customer complaints and goods return.
– Research, develop and maintain database of key contacts for all customers (existing and potential).
– Collect required documents, customer and market information regarding new customers for Credit approval.
– Update customer contracts as and when required. Request for revision of terms as and when required.
– Print statement of accounts, follow-up & collect payment on time as per approved credit period for each customer.
– Report market changes, competition activity, new entrants, price changes regularly.
– Coordinate in implementing schemes, training programs, product developments and marketing activities.
– Produce sales, collection & call reports – Daily & monthly .
