Sales & Customer Services – English Educational Centre

The right candidate will be working in a friendly environment responding to customers by phone, social media platforms and face to face, generating new customers and general office duties.
Her main responsibilities will include: ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and manage customer files. Manage business hour opening and closing procedures. Help promote the centre on the social media platforms. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets through generating sales. Go the extra mile to engage customers.
