Main Responsibilities:

1. Promote the product and service portfolio across his territory and industries to meet the BU sales and profit targets.
2. Understand the Partner’s products, services and business strategy
3. Visit Plants, end-users, Consultants and EPC Contractors to generate RFQ’s and enquiries
4. Understand the market, trends, key players, competition, operating and regulatory procedures, and product approvals to grow the business
5. Review the RFQ/Enquiry in the Quotation Tracking System
6. Resolve technical issues raised by the Clients in a timely manner
7. Understand Score Board elements and KPIs and organize work to successfully meet them
8. Maintain relevant documentation and communication by completing daily, weekly and monthly reports on time
9. Provide information for the updates to the 6 quarter sales forecast
10. Build the Client Database
11. Complete assigned Marcom activities – Trade Shows, Exhibitions, and Plant Seminars
12. Assist in maintaining validity of Contracts with Clients and Partners
13. Follow up with Clients on outstanding receivables
14. Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits
15. Undertake any other responsibility assigned
