– Create service level agreement with the customer to proceed further with the execution of the project.
– Attending initial sales meetings.
– Investigate lost sales and customer account details, share detailed report with the manager/stakeholders and update document lesson learnt to avoid similar scenarios in future.
– Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relations by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
– Present Sales, Revenues and Expense reports comprising realistic forecasts to the management team.
– Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new products and competition of status.
– Develop plans to acquire to new customers/clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling etc.
– Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
– Conduct market research and customer need analysis.
– Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and credibility throughout all the levels of the organization.
– Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
– Dubai driving License required.
