The main responsibility of the role is to promote Cargo services by sales and Marketing of General Inbound/ Outbound Total logistics solutions and services to Local Market clients, Thereby achieve or exceed the set sales targets. Job Holder will ensure that all sales activities are in line with the agreed terms and in conformity of the compliance.
1. Business Development & Source for new clients; maintain excellent business relationships with current clients; develop strategic moves in expanding the current business profiles using traditional and creative methods; develop new prospects in order to drive business growth to meet and exceed budgeted targets.
2. Liaison for Business development: Communicate and negotiate with clients using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Job Holder will also liaise with customer service for completion & Supports of related jobs.
3. Generate revenue through maximizing sales, to exceed set sales budget.
4. Ethics policy: Company will ensure that all sales activities are within the guidelines of the company's policy.
5. Market Awareness: monitor the competitors activity, Market awareness also implies analyzing trends in business environment, help to develop services that are responsive to the market demands and identify new market opportunities
6. Debt Control: Control debt collections with the purpose of maintaining low average of debtors and credit periods within company guidelines, and to check the increase of sale revenues and increase credit allowance to good customers and plan a strategic action relative to bad debts to minimized and alleviate risk of loss.
