Sales Manager Water & Energy – Saudi Arabia (For Saudis Only)
. Develop new customers in for THE COMPANY relevant Water & Energy markets and applications, with focus on water & waste water treatment, Oil & Gas produced water treatment as well as Oil & Gas drilling fluids.
.Respond prompt to all customers inquiries (samples, documentation requests, product inquiries, prices, etc).
.Support key account as well as business and market development relevant sales and marketing efforts.
.Close cooperation with Logistics to guarantee optimal service to the customers.
.Responsibility for all phases of the sales process from customer acquisition to order execution & processing
.Administrative handling and follow-up of claims in close cooperation with the operations and quality manager.
.Credit management: contact customer if needed (in close cooperation with accounting).
.Manage all administrative tasks related to the customer portfolio (update customer data in the systems, classification of all sales documents, price increases, etc).
.Monitoring & tracking of customer orders
.Remain current on company and industry developments via appropriate internal and external sources.
.Support introduction of new products and marketing strategies
.Conform to THE COMPANY and customer Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Policies, Procedures and Quality Plan.
