Sales Property Consultant ( Chinese Speaker) – Schon Properties

To be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Marketing listings and providing guidance to Schon and the clients. Primarily to promote and sell I Suites.
Being aware about properties market in Dubai and updated by reading and searching
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules
Meeting the clients and doing the sales presentation to close monthly target.
Following up with management fee payment and making sure to be transferred within a month
Signing with a minimum of 2 agents every month (brokerage company or individual) and following up with them to provide clients
Services existing accounts (owner relation) and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing (reload) or potential sales (owner referral)
Adjusts content of sales presentations according to the inventory and client budget that you have to discover through the warm up
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and potential sales.
