Sales Specialist – Archimedia

The Sales Specialist is responsible for all retail sales and showroom demonstration along with generating new leads.
4. Job Responsibilities:
• Be familiar with all functions of the showroom display and be capable of demonstrating every system in detail.
• Conduct compelling showroom tours for customers.
• Assess and understand customer needs, explain options to them, which involve providing technical description of products, as well as describe the functions and benefits of each
• Report to the Sales Manager on sales and sales forecast.
• Develop and update personal products knowledge and discuss creative methods to sell products and services with management.
• Carry out formal presentation of products with training aids available, attend and assist in promotional trade or consumer shows.
• Perform problem resolution for all showroom equipment or report complex technical issues to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain strong relations with existing clients and identify new clients in order to grow the business.
• Be aware of competitive products and pricing in order to maximize sales opportunities.
