Job Accountabilities
Establish and maintain a customer Relations policy that completes customer satisfaction. Provide a customer record and follow-up system, resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele for the outlet.
Establish and maintain methods of tracking productivity, efficiency and work quality, monitoring it consistently.
Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries on status of repairs.
Ensure vehicles are delivered promptly to customer after service is performed.

Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
From 3 to 5 years of workshop experience
