Service Manager for Electronic Appliances

The main objectives of this position are to provide guidance and leadership for all technical issues over the Customer Service Sector and to manage Unionaire's Service Network across Egypt..
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
 Provide/Develop/Update the standard Service Technical Documentation (Maintenance/Service manuals, Products schematics, Products’ Technical Data, Common Defects with resolutions, Common Serviceable parts with alternatives, Technical News Latters… etc.) to ensure the maximum quality level for the services provided to the Customers.
 Provide inputs into the Products’ Quality process via SCR, DR & FFF reports/ analyses / recommendations.
 Manage the Technical support Teams (Phone, Field & Remote technical Support Technicians).
 Provide inputs to the Technical training processes & contents through the technical analysis of most common defects & required technical competencies.
 Managing Services Centers' activities by monitoring their performance, tracking the job, giving them proper guidance.
 Defining the strategic plans for Service Centers (expansion / network sizing/coverage).
 Set plans and systems to supervise Service Centers operations / technical / non-technical activities through field visits, meetings with management and regular reports.
 Corporate Identity processes and implementation.
 Ensures that all Service Centers are operating smoothly according to company policy & Standards procedures for after sales services operation.
