Social Media Community Manager – Bidaya Corporate Communications

– Initiate the social media content for Bidaya’s Clients.
– Monitor & follow up on Client’s Competitors Social Media Pages.
– Satisfy the needs of the clients.
– Respond to client’s inquiries when possible.
– Follow up with the clients on the Account issues.
– Develop the social media status report monthly.
– Develop, post, and schedule the content on social media platforms for clients.
– Attend Clients events and highlight it on social media.
– Attend clients meetings.
– Contact vendors and collect 3rd party offers.
– Develop and manage Tweet up & Event.
– Create first draft of social media plans
Suggest posts to clients when any event takes place.
– Report status and progress of social media efforts to the client and Team Leader on a weekly basis.
