Social Media Specialist – Aramex

Job description:
The Social Media Specialist’s role entails managing the customer experience over Aramex’s social media channels. The role is responsible for directing the daily operations of the social media team to achieve key metrics, and consistently enhance the experience of customers over social media.
Responsibilities:
Manage the customer experience across Aramex’s social channels
Create and implement the customer service social media strategy.
Prepare periodic reports.
Follow up with Aramex local offices on customer issues, inquiries and complaints received through social media channels.
Be proficient in using social media systems.
Research and recommend social media technology, and have ability to transition to other systems if needed.
Stay-up-to date with social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to developing the use of social media within Aramex.
Enable an environment for experimentation, by suggesting new social media tools and demonstrating their benefits.
Identify, manage and report brand related issues received over social media
Lead the customer service social media team.
Evaluate the social media team on a monthly and quarterly basis.
