Social Media Specialist/ Officer (Restaurants Company)

Roles and Responsibilities
– Manage all social medial channels of the company
– Assist in creating strategy to enhance the company brands
– Analyze and report social media actions on periodic basis
– Support the company to build the best ever platform for social media on Social Conversation, Quality Engagement and brand awareness
– Enlighten social media audiences and promote brand focused messages
– Coordinate social media messaging with advertising & graphic design
– Manage social media activities including copy writers and any other content(s) via overseeing the completed works and offer guidance or direction
– Audit and analyze social media presences including digital ads, returns, campaigns
– Gather audience and visitors data and determine efficiency and areas that needs improvements
– Develop social media timelines matching with new promotions, campaigns and any other new launched brands
– Oversee & resolve customers’ complaints via phone, emails, or via other social media networks
– Understand/ identify and assess customers’ complaints, determine the causes of the problems and select/ explain the best possible solutions/ alternatives with expediting corrections and/ or adjustments with follow up properly to ensure issues are resolved
– Build sustainable relationships with customers through an open and interactive communications
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information via using the right methods/ tools as per company Policy & Procedures
– Keep/ retain records of customers’ interactions, process customers’ accounts and safely retain documents
– Follow the right communications’ procedure, guidelines and regulations
– Collect customers’ information and analyze customers’ needs/ demands
– Manage large No’s/ amounts of incoming calls, messages…etc.
– Monitor and keep an eye on all company social media sites/ channels and ensure responding on every message via conducting a constructive conversations with clients
– Create engaging and professional visuals (Graphics, pictures, charts, images…etc.) that can reflect clients in a positive manner (customized social media pages; e.g. FB, Twitter, Google+, Youtube, Instagram, Snapchat…etc.) besides develop supporting offline collateral, create original contents…etc.)
– Stay updated with social media trends and tools, inclusive attending networking events, reading blogs and listening to podcasts
– Stay in coordination with Call Center team members to ensure all complaints (online related) are carried forward on a constructive manner
– Be responsible for all company accounts on social media and suggest improvements online and innovative ideas that can assist company enhance its image and reputation on continuous basis
– Oversee all social media activities of a particular client, develop engaging, creative and innovative contents, enlighten audience and promote brand-focused messages
– Other related tasks as required
