Sous Chef – Emaar

Key Responsibilities:
* In conjunction with the Executive chef, plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities according to brand standards
* Conduct staff training review for current and new joiners
* Forecast food requirements and food/labour costs (FIFO)
* Comply with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations
* Managing staff rota and supervise staff’s activities
* Kitchen equipment maintenance schedule according to Head Chef review and comments
* Train-empower-develop pears – HR task related – Performance review
* Control section stock accordingly to business need (FIFO) opening-closing stock
