Sr. HR Officer – Performance Management

• Working along with HHR for developing KPIs for Barari Forest Management employees in line with company’s mission, vision and objectives.
• To work with HHR on company’s performance measures
• To assist HHR in driving improvement on company’s performance
• To maximize the effectiveness of the improvement effort
• To achieve alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Responsible for individual and team performance management and development, communications and general HR matters.
• Maintain a pro-active view of the organisation’s capability to deliver service by trending against performance and quality statistics.
• Monitor the Management business processes to ensure that participating teams are meeting targets.
• Connect between competencies gap analysis and training needs for individuals
• Provide all reports related to performance reviews
• Establish automated reporting procedures to measure all agreed service levels.
• Attend Service Level meetings when required.
• Responsible for implanting company policies and procedures concerning Performance Management
• Comply with company policies and procedures
