Sr. Manager/Specialist/Campaign Management – Star Services

Principal Functions
Accountable to manage specific Campaign Communications activities for MARCOM. Ensures that communication goals for advertising campaigns are delivered in a timely manner for assigned portfolios within assigned budgets. Integrates and coordinates execution of above-the-line, below-the-line and point-of-sales communication tools including SMS messages, web text, bill inserts, press release, newsletter, magazines and marketing messages. Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions.
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Manage overall integrated consumer/business campaign communications strategies, and guidelines; monitors and their implementation and compliance.
2. Monitors market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior and Prepare reactive scenarios based on clear understanding of competitive moves.
3. Responsible to coordinate implementation of communication campaign activities for individual projects including campaign production and launch in close cooperation with all internal clients to meet defined targets and to ensure best-in-class quality.
4. Coordinate the integrated consumer communication activities across different channels (esp. above-the-line, below-the-line, Point-of-Sales) to generate best awareness and to assure common understanding.
5. Build and manage productive working relationships with creative agencies including e.g. assessment and decision on agency proposals for campaigns.
6. In this regard, ensures that all documentation requirements as per company processes and procedures are completed, and Company interest is protected in all dealing with partners, including timely payment to all partners for all MARCOM consumer campaign work (as defined in the MARCOM payment process).
7. Interfaces with creative agency including project description, unique selling point, proposed media strategy, defined target audience and goals (quantitative, qualitative).
8. Responsible for appropriate advertising requirements and to ensure accuracy of promotional plans in coordination with brand management team, as well quality and creativity of campaigns launched.
9. Aligning with related business unit in marketing on yearly road map and assigning the adequate communication budget for this unit
10. Provides and presents regular and ad hoc management, financial and project reports on consumer campaign achievements and improvement/changes.
Also Conduct market research to determine campaign efficiency and market understanding
