Sr. Systems Administrator (HRD) – Commercial Bank of Kuwait

– Assist in successful implementation of new HR system.

– Perform analysis on technical aspects of system and identify, analyze and solve problems.

– Develop and implement future system modifications as and when required and advise users in performing user testing.

– Suggest improvements in system to improve operational efficiency.

– Design, modify, test new programs and/or reports, new system requirement etc.

– Ensure compliance to bank's IT policies and guidelines.

– Ensure compliance to Kuwait Labor Low.

– Produce/amend/update system documentation and operational procedures as required.

– Provide Training, support and guidance to HR staff with regard to new system and train end users.

– Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
