Technical / Service Coordinator – John Crane

Coordinate the administration of service activities through the SAP system as well as consolidating the planning, quoting, ordering and sales process for the Service Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Raise service quotes and conversion to Orders
• Coordinate with the Service Team to prioritize repairs
• Closing and invoicing the service orders
• Manage open order book for service activities
• Work closely with service team and internal stakeholders to achieve deliveries on time
• Monitor main KPI’s for service, defining and driving action plans against KPI deficiencies
• Service Order Book Management in SAP
• Manage service Contracts
