v Pre-Sales Support:
· Support Sales team in opening leads and closing deals.
· Prepare sound Technical Proposals in line with customer needs and Sahara Net standards.
v Implementation of Projects: Using Project Management concepts, manage actual setup and configuration of projects at customer locations which may include travel. Such projects must be done in a professional manner and in line with the proposal, project schedule, and Customer PO.
v After-Sales Support: Ongoing support of existing customers all over the Kingdom.
