Trade Marketing Executives maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and may manage a portfolio of products in a way to meet the company objective to maximize the company’s profit.
1. Brand strategy, including a setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term goals.
2. Planning and execution of all communication with principals and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
3. Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as developing new business opportunities.
4. Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
5. Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
6. Presence in the market to monitor and gather competitor and customer insights and analysis.
7. Analysis of sales forecast and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.
8. Managing inventory and preparing orders to ensure there is no over stocking and/or enough stock for relevant marketing activities.
9. Providing training to the sales team on brands in order to equip them with necessary skills to sell each SKU.
10. Building relationships with customers and principals.
