Training Specialist – IKEA – Al Homaizi Limited

– Support all managers in the store in the learning and development process.
– Lead the learning & development process, maximize learning programs and development strategies to meet business needs.
– Remain up-to-date with the current training and development trends.
– Facilitate orientation programmes and other specific training's as required.
– Ensure preparations and set up the training area and training material.
– Prepare and maintain the store’s yearly training calendar and ensure that all training's take place as planned.
– Maintain the training module database and produce reports when necessary.
– Being aware on the department action plan and support the goals and targets given by the Human Resource Manager.
– Living the IKEA values and culture that inspires extraordinary achievements in the store and in human resource specifically.
