Travel Consultant – ANTA TRAVEL AND TOUR

As a Travel Consultant, you will be handling three different areas. Please read the below mentioned details
1. Customer Services Agent (CSA)
As a CSA, below will be your responsibilities:
Arrival Coordinator
• Prepare documents for arrival flight.
• Always meet the aircraft on arrival and present themselves at airline service counter and assist
passenger at the belt through customs.
• Prepare/issue 96 Hours Visa for transit passengers on arrival and make sure Visa Form is
Sufficient for numbers of Transit Passengers.
• Meet and Assist Passengers upon arrival as per PSM telex from BKKLP.
• Handle irregularities upon arrival; short connecting, miss connecting passenger and also missed handle baggage on arrival.
• Handle all In/Out Company Mail.
• Coordinate with MHB staff and DXBAO in regard to all kinds of Baggage Irregularities.
• Handle Flight Filing.
• Filing documents into Station Files.
• Others as requested by DXBKK.
2.Ramp Coordinator
The Customer Services Agent (CSA) reports to Airport Services Manager (ASM) – DXBKK and has the responsibility to:
• Handle all Load Control preparation for flight and coordinate with DNATA.
• Prepare Flight Handling Information (FHI) for all staff.
• Coordinate with DNATA Operation Control Center (DOCC) for aircraft allocation.
• File Flight Plan received from BKKOW to Briefing Office and collect NOTAM, Weather Forecast
Report and hand over to Captain at aircraft.
• Upon arrival, coordinate with Arrival Coordinator regarding baggage delivery to arrival belt which must be within 15-30 minutes for first and last bag received by passenger.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher regarding all dead loads.
• Coordinate with P-I-C and cabin crew for boarding clearance.
• Check load sheet paper prepared by DNATA Load Control staff.
• Coordinate with Gate Staff and Dispatcher when need to offload baggage of no show passenger at the boarding gate.
• Send Fuel Monitoring Message.
• Control standard ULD stock at station.
• Handle flight filing after the flight.
• Follow up movement telex after the flight from BKK and filing.
• Others as requested by DXBKK.
3. Check-in Coordinator
Prepare Pre-flight documents for Passenger Check-in and coordinate with DNATA.
• Send Pre-flight Information for Crew to hotel.
• In case of delay over 30 minutes, brief the crew for possible pick-up time change.
• Plan upgrade/downgrade of overbook flight and find alternative route in case of deny
boarding situation.
• Contact airport restaurant for meal/refreshment in case of delay over 02 hours.
• Distribute all telex from action file to all colleagues.
• Email Arrival Crew List to hotel.
• Check General Declaration to DNATA.
• Send Preliminary Catering Order telex to EKFC.
• Present themselves and open check-in counters 03 hours before STD.
• Check business class flower and the preparedness of check-in staff.
• After closing check-in, rush to the boarding gate for hand luggage interception.
• Handle E-ticket reconciliation and forward to BKKEM.
• Send Sale Report Statistic to DXBAA after coupon counting.
• Send Hand Luggage Collection Telex after flight to all concerned.
• Check with Marhaba Lounge for number of Business Class passengers visited.
• Others as requested by DXBKK.
