1.Following up some customers in African Continent and doing the after sales service to get our customer’s satisfaction, so we can grow up the number of orders.
2. Calculating how many containers or trucks it will take to load the materials in order to provide the freight charges for each quotation.
3. Making direct contact with freight forwarders and inviting them for quoting their best freight rates.
4. Following up the loading process and assuring that the materials been loaded properly, before shipping to customers
5. Making comparison between freight forwarders and submit this comparison to export manager for approval & then to Finance Dept. for payment.
6. Creating the shipping documents (Commercial invoices/ Certificate of origin/ Packing list, etc.) in accordance with the LC requirements, in order to avoid any discrepancies and to collect our payment safely.
7. Checking the letters of credit and request the customer to amend the LC draft in case there is any discrepancy between the LC draft and BCC terms and condition, after approval of export manager / senior coordinator
8. Preparation of technical submittals, completing the questionnaires and arranging the required documents, to be combined in one file and to be sent to our customer by courier.
