An independent non-profit educational organization in Jordan is looking for an Academic Registrar to join their growing team!
1. Lead the formulation of a strategy for the Academic Registry as well as its staffing structure and resources in support of Strategy and ensure that service objectives are successfully met.
2. Lead the design and delivery of excellent Academic Registry services across the student lifecycle from recruitment to graduation at benchmark against best practice in service delivery.
3. Support the development, oversight and implementation of institutional academic policy and academic regulatory framework.
4. Lead the design and implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) and Enhancement Framework to support a risk-based approach, including oversight of all QA related activities.
5. Ensure that academic and professional standards are achieved at all times and maintained in the context of Teacher Standards and Grade Criteria
6. Ensure that all requirements agreed between the organization and the University of Jordan are met, maintained and enhanced.
7. Lead the development and oversight of Student Records System.
8. Initiate and implement ways of improving efficiency and effectiveness to engender a culture of continuous improvement.
