 Prepares daily cash reports, PDC Registers, Petty Cash statements etc.
 Coordinates all meetings in the office with external parties.
 Supporting the office in all their tasks by defining clear job roles, responsibilities and reportingstructure.
 Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and trackingof all documents
