Admin Assistant – Finance Team – Manpower Middle East
This is a Contract role under Manpower ME for 3 months.
Key accountabilities for the role include:
Provide secretarial/administrative and office support activities for the team (duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating/editing spreadsheets and presentations, and filing).
Coordinate travel as needed (booking flights, processing visas, hotel bookings, transportation, etc…)
Manage & administer Travel & Entertainment expense reporting, including the processing of invoices accordingly.
Process the invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner meeting.
Assist with calendar management for the team leaders as required (schedule meetings/making sure the manager/s calendars are up to date.
Organise meetings (internally and externally), assemble meeting material as required and make sure these meetings run smoothly.
Occasional department/team event organisation.
Responsible for the collection and distribution of mail for the team
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in the handling of sensitive and confidential information and documents.
Complete all ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
Work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
