Admin Assistant – Tawzef for Recruitment

• Provide administrative support to Senior Management;
• Organize meetings and arrange appointments;
• Typing in Arabic & English as required;
• Book transport & accommodation for travel;
• Organize and maintain office conditions, furniture & equipment, to the highest standards and arrange for necessary repairs in a timely manner;
• Order stationary & supplies;
• Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient and timely work procedures;
• Deal with correspondence, complaints, and general queries;
• Maintain office General & Administrative office budget, ensure accurate & timely reporting in coordination with Finance Manager;
• Implement & maintain office procedures & administrative systems;
• Record and update in a timely manner personnel records;
• Use a range of software packages including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
• Maintain & update Office CV data base, profile, consultants coordinates & yearly gross rates
• Update & maintain Active project work sheet on a monthly basis.
