Admin Officer –

With the following responsibilities:

Ensure minimal inventory level of all needed office stationary, place and follow up on orders when needed

Perform general office duties

Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order

Keep records of all new employees and follow up on missing information if needed

Gather personal records from other departments and employees

Track employee leaves and align accuracy

Update all employee files whenever needed

Scan or read incoming materials in order to determine how and where they should be classified or filed

Prepare specific letters as requested by Administration Manager such as Salary Letters, Experience Letters, and Termination Letters etc.

Coordinate and follow up on related matters with’s Health Insurance Provider such as claims, addition and deletion of employees

Handle any related matter with DIC such as new visas, cancellations etc.
