Administrative Assistant – ( 3 MONTHS CONTRACT) – dorma+kaba

Purpose of the Job:
To actively contribute towards the vision of dormakaba values towards achieving
customer satisfaction and performance by providing timely and effective administrative
support to all relative departments and cluster.
Job Duties:
– Provide efficient secretarial and administrative assistance to the department and
Cluster Manager.
– Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
– Generate the various document control reports as required.
– Ensure effective and efficient documentation with relative sales orders and deliveries, filing and database management.
– Assist in liaison of incoming shipments from clearing agents and schedules segregation
of deliveries by customer.
– Organize deliveries with customers & arrange payments through banks and cheque
collections.
– Provide all receptionist services and respond to all telephone queries by liaising with internal & external stakeholders in a professional manner.
– Manage ad hoc local suppliers issues, queries and cheques.
– Responsible for managing local petty cash and record keeping.
– Liaison with local debt collection company to ensure payments are collected.
– Interact with Regional Finance and Regional HR Admin requirements by liaisng with
concerned counterparts.
