We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, clerical & HR tasks including but not limited to:
– Prepare documents such as correspondence, drafts, memos, emails, job offers, work contracts …etc.
– Handle administrative requests and queries from Senior Managers & employees.
– Develop and maintain the filing system.
– Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
– Handle MOI and Hukoomi transactions: RP renewals, business visas, licenses renewals…etc.
– Help in screening CVs through recruitment portals.
– Cover the Line Manager during her leaves.
