Administrator – Combined Group Contracting Company (K.S.C.C)

Basic Functions: To plan and coordinate all activities involved in the provision of administrative support and direction for the department and or project in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures Duties and Responsibilities: • To create and maintain Electronic databases in accordance with departmental business needs • To prepare reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency • To undertake and manage departmental administration including the coordination of subordinate secretarial and data processing activities • To liaise with other departments and agencies to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships • To manage and coordinate help desk activities for the department or project • To prepare and conduct department orientations for other department representatives or new employees • To assist in the preparation and updating of new and existing procedures and flowcharts for the department, project and organization • Any other tasks as assigned
