Administrator-Sales – Agility

– Coordinate overall workplace functions, establish workplace procedures, authorize billings/expenditures, maintain records, and oversee equipment maintenance- Consult with managers, executives, and employees to identify problems, develop improvements, create and maintain quality standards- Draft correspondences, reports, documents and/or other written materials and prepare presentations- Coordinate an inventory management system to effectively control and distribute supplies and equipment- Maintain files or record keeping systems; sorts, label, file and retrieve documents, or other materials- Schedule meetings
Handle other administrative tasks as required by management/team
– Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support- Bachelor Degree
