ADTC Call Centre Agent – Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD)

  • Identifying the callers/patients and validating insurance eligibility of service provided
  • Using an electronic Patient Management System for management and documentation
  • Recognizing medical emergencies and following medical escalation criteria
  • Forwarding medical calls to the medical team
  • Arranging times for return calls by the medical team
  • As part of customer service orientation, shall be able to assist patients in online portal registration (e.g. mobile application)
  • Works collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless and positive patient experience
  • Responsible for delivering results for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as established by the direct line manager or Centre’s management team
  • Supporting, assisting and accompanying new CCAs (mentoring/tutoring)
  • Other duties as assigned
