Aftermarket sales executive – Matgr
– Meet monthly spare parts sales, visits and contracts targets.
– Implement Promotion programs to increase the sales and meet customer requirements.
– Implement Marketing program of new Services and facilities.
– Analyze monthly reports on sales and expenses to ensure that productivity and profitability objectives are met.
– Work closely with S. Parts Manager to maintain pricing and gross margin requirements.
– Place outbound calls and meetings to follow up on service leads.
– Effectively communicate to the customer on the timeline of repair and maintenance.
– Advise customers on the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacture’s specifications.
– Generate leads in the same Area and organize group visits to reduce traveling costs.
– Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele.
– Review, track and prioritize day to day customers complains and requirements to ensure the service level.
– Review and update customer accounts details and Warranty info on ERP System.
– Handle products calls back and suggest solutions of a product complains or returns.
– Define and implement customer service standards to improve quality of service.
– Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
– Review customer contracts, Quotations, Invoices and Customer’s feedback.
– Follow up payments status and dealing with complex collections.
– Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information on ERP System.
– Verifies warranty and service contract coverage.
– Evaluate performance of staff.
– Identify and address staff training and coaching needs.
