We are looking for an Aftersales Manager in Toyota who will be responsible to ensure , and improve , the profitable operation of the After Sales Departments in the dealership , and to assist the after sales departmental managers with the promotion of their departments with the view to increase sales of their products.

Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited you:
To maximize departmental profitability through the sales of labour , parts and materials
To improve the quality of customer service and retention by implementing marketing strategies and action
plans to increase sales
To develop a After Sales Marketing Plan with the Pats & Service Managers concerned of the different branches
Plan , initiate and promote after sales marketing and promotional campaigns via advertising and general
promotional activities
Monitor strategies and actions implemented to increase sales on weekly / monthly basis and implement corrective actions to achieve planned targets
Improve data base management system for use with data base marketing
Visit all major customers and fleetowners on a 6 weekly cycle to determine customer satisfaction and promote marketing / promotional campaigns
Daily monotoring of sales vs targets for all aftersales departments and institude corretive actions where necessary
Monitor outstanding debtors and take necessary action to inform / collect from customers
