Analyst – Business Planning and Analysis – Career Hunters

1. Provide regular financial expertise and ensures performance monitoring of various units and
subsidiaries within the Bank group.
2. Perform peer bench marking and analyses of GCC banks in order to provide well rounded
meaningful feedback and determine the bank’s standing.
3. In coordination with direct manager, coordinate relationship with rating agencies and
current/potential investors and analysts.
4. Coordinate the business planning process and fosters a productive communication channel to
assist in formulating and implementing agreed upon business plans.
5. Support the team with implementation and execution of new planning and reporting tool/application
6. Generate various reports from the system while ensuring completeness and accuracy under the test environment.
7. Prepare work plan for assigned tasks, identify options, prepare reports, and recommend
appropriate change or action.
8. Provide assistance to departments in the formulation of their budgets. Analyses and prepare
monthly variance report.
9. Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
10. Participate in various cross-functional committees/teams to achieve optimal cooperation and assume seamless quality service.
11. Maintain updated knowledge of rules,
regulations and standards in the field and related matters of interest to the department
