Provide product selection, pricing, submittal preparation, and issue commercial offer templates. Extend timely support to sales organization and internal stakeholders. Apply engineering principles in optimizing and defending technical proposals submitted to Consultant, contractors, and customers for existing and new products application.
• Select and recommend AC units fitted for the project as per specifications received or as per customer request in case no specifications exist (i.e., Villa, Building, School, etc.)
• Prepare quotation if needed to estimate the project price – tender stage
• Calculate fresh air / exhaust requirement using ASHRAE standard
• Select FAHU units fitted for the project
• Manage and respond to HVAC related inquiries
• Prepare equipment selections, quotations, technical response based on the technical and equipment requirement of the Client (Job-in-hand projects)
• Prepare HVAC submittal/technical documents for Consultant/client approval.
• Attend meetings with Sales team and the client / Consultant.
• Review, prepare and participate in Technical & Commercial Bid ‘Unpriced & Priced Bid” in response to different government office tenders.
