AREA SALES MANAGER – Wholesale, International Markets – Sidra LLC
The Area Sales Manager – Wholesale, International Markets is expected to set up a network and distribution channel for La Maison Mondiale’s Sanitaryware brand and its product range and to oversee its overseas wholesale business.
Other responsibilities include the following:
• Identify, Shortlist, Appoint and Set up retail distribution channels in line with company objectives; such as distributor/franchise network.
• Ensure that the channel partners adhere to our brand standards and norms and give due focus for our products.
• Ensure that LMM’s retail partners deliver consistently the sales target objectives set for them.
• Guide and monitor the channel partners on sales activities and strategies to ensure achievement of annual targets.
• Lead, Manage and Ensure that the Sales Consultants of the channel partner produce a healthy pipeline of both long-term and short-term projects
• Guide, monitor channel partners to ensure that all proposals are submitted in line with client requirements and brand objectives.
• Prospect and generate project leads directly to ensure achievement of business plans.
Sales – General
• Follow all company procedures and financial and accounting norms and procedures.
• Manage, Coordinate and ensure effective communication with all departments and in particular the technical and procurement teams to ensure that customers and channel partners are serviced appropriately.
• Coordinate with concerned team members at the warehouse, technical team etc. to ensure smooth delivery of products.
• Ensure prompt collection of payments, in line with contractual obligations.
• Send all appropriate correspondence to customers/channel partners to ensure products are delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sales agreement.
• Identify, Propose and implement appropriate training programmes for sales teams of channel partners to ensure ample development of product knowledge, Design skills & soft selling skills.
• Provide a high level of customer service by reporting and addressing all complaints/concerns with the aim of delivering a resolution to the customer within 48 hours.
• Assist in ensuring company Brand standards are maintained at the showrooms and Project sites.
• Liaise with Management & Principals to ensure that standard operating procedures are maintained.
• Propose and implement timely changes in merchandising of products at the showroom, and ensure the merchandising is as per the display norms.
