Assistant Facilities Manager
Facilities Management Department – AFR
Reporting too – Facilities Manager
To ensure all the facilities occupied by the Retail Group are efficiently maintained in a cost-effective manner. Implement and report the Facilities Management Norms set by the central team in Dubai
Description of the Accountability
§ Supervise the operation, maintenance and repair processes of the total facility systems across MENA.
§ Review Maintenance Orders and follow up with the staff/contractors for timely completion. Ensure Maintenance orders are closed as per SLA by the Service Provider
§ Ensure predictive, preventive and reliability central maintenance programs, including maintenance check sheets, maintenance logic decision trees, etc. are followed as per SLA's by the vendor.
§ Monitor the Facility surveys carried by the Vendor and coordinate annual inspections with business/vendor and include occupant safety practices. Ensure accurate and timely Facility Audit Reports for Look & Feel and Detailed Audit Report and prepared by the facilities Supervisors
§ Preparation of FM Budget
§ Implement policies and procedures to include safety practices laid by the Management and ensure they are followed by the staff/service providers.
