Assistant Facility Manager
• Build good relations with client and tenants
• Carry out asset surveying of designated building
• Asset tag maintainable equipment
• Collect data in electronic format
• Record for each asset the following information:
o Asset Number / Asset Description / Asset Category
o Number of Assets
o Make /Model / Serial Number
• Report any substandard equipment or building maintenance issues to the Technical Services manager
• Co-ordinate with contractors
• Visit sites and carry out reviews against programme and H&S audits
• Manage fit out design approval/O&M documentation/completion certification process
• Understand and applies all aspects of all applicable building regulations in KSA for office interior fit out
• Support the Tenant Liaison teams with coordination of works and client approvals, including pre-start, update and handover meetings
• Work with the Operations, Client and Supply Chain teams to understand any works programmes and when work will affect any tenant properties
• Understand and ensure adherence to the site safety plans, as well as helping the tenants to stay safe
