Assistant HR Manager

– Replacing HR Manager during his absence
– Responsible to handle all personnel works as per company procedures as follows:
– Prepare and issue staff disciplinary actions as per company regulations.
– Prepare hiring decisions and post to system.
– Prepare the monthly housing list.
– Prepare the monthly GOSI reports.
– Follow up and coordinate labor court cases with HR Manager.
– Responsible to prepare final leave settlement for company staff.
– Responsible to close resigned/terminated staff files.
– Prepare and follow up the annual increment for staff
– Responsible to answer and respond to staff complaints and inquires.
– Prepare and issue introduction letters/ work certificate for staff.
– Reviewing the monthly PRA and post to system.
– Follow up the daily work with stations.
– Responsible to monitor company cadre and follow up necessary hiring for direct and indirect staff locally as per Human Resource Fund agreement and abroad.
