Role Requirement details :
▪ Leads the analytics to exactly understand where and what losses are happening across stocks, revenue and cash (store, warehouse, billing, refunds, discounts, pricing all)
▪ Helps the team draw insights from the data, identify root causes of such losses and clearly translates it into action plan that will be effective
▪ Rigorously inspect our standardized Loss Prevention operating model for consistency across territory
▪ Uses clear logic and communication to also drive across points to territory and concept teams
▪ Ties up actions with results and drives actions towards achieving overall goals
▪ Establishes relationships with all key stakeholders senior to frontline in various concepts and territories, who need to action the Loss prevention strategies
▪ Identify existing and continuous new fraud patterns /exposures to prevent and minimize financial losses.
▪ Effectiveness/ Attains Results
▪ Establish and exceed loss prevention financial targets for all the business concepts, territories including warehousing operations.
▪ Considers costs, benefits, risks, implications and impact when making and implementing Loss Prevention strategies and tactics
