Assistant Marketing Manager

– Participate in Event and Activity Planning to the Trade
– Assists the Trade marketing manager in setting "Must Stock List by Customer"
– Plan with logistic the availability of Agreed Promotions
– Contributes in the brand’s sku planning & rationalization to maximize overall brand potential.
– Open P.O's for the A&P of Customers
– Prepare, follow up and file all Customers Contracts and Credit Notes
– Opening in system all New Outlets after checking documentation and liaising with Accounts
– Updating New Customers in the Route Plans in coordination with Sales Managers
– Prepare Planograms based on the MSL by Customer
– Insure and document Execution of promotion plans, liaises with Sales managers and Trade
– Contributes in all research needed to insure proper shopper & consumer understanding
– Monitor system Data accuracy in terms of sales
– Scrutinizes Retail audits, identifies opportunities and takes action with the sales manager.
– Insure the Submission of Data needed for the Monthly management Report
– Insure the Submission of Data needed for the Monthly Sales managers Meeting
– Monthly A&P reconciliation with Accounts department
