Assistant Procurement Manager – Quest Search & Selection

Job Description:
Quest Search & Selection is currently working with a leading multinational business and they are currently looking to hire a Procurement Assistant Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE.
– Assist the Manager in Procurement Operation and Management;- Provide information related to purchasing process including supplier selection, review, and administration- Conduct supplier evaluation, supplier performance improvement, supplier rating;- Develop strategy papers for critical and strategic categories;- Control and maintain a continuous supply of good/service to ensure all departments request can be delivered on the promptly time, including administration on updating of expenses report and monitor actual expenses against budget.- Conducts vendor site visits and rates them as to production capability, performance and other key business criteria.
– 7+ years of working experience in procurement, preferably from an FMCG industry;- Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent;- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management;- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures;- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
