To support Credit Risk Management Unit (CRMU) in performing its duties related to credit risk policies and procedures, forecasting and stress testing credit risk, timely and accurate risk reporting, development of credit risk framework, analysis of a change in regulation, internal policies or strategy, etc.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Demonstrate compliance to organisation's values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value driven culture within the bank.
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet FAB and department requirements, policies and quality standards.
Produce monthly credit risk portfolio snapshots for senior management reporting and monitoring
Perform impairment forecasting and credit risk stress testing
Perform thematic deep dive analysis to identify emerging credit risk
Provide necessary reports to internal audit, external audit and external agencies as and when required
Support review of credit risk policies, assess impact and recommend necessary program and/or process change
Collaborate with other risk functions, finance and business teams to improve systems or processes related to credit risk data
Perform ad-hoc analysis as and when requested by senior management
