B2B Sales Manager/Senior Sales – DELSK

– Work out sales plans for designated MENA markets, and re-adjust as per unexpected situations.
– Proactively establish quick presence in designated markets.
– Successfully sign partnership agreements with prospective sales channels of immigration, wealth management, tourism, law firms by attending domestic and international fairs and exhibitions, as well as by other sales methods
– Collect and analyze information of competitors, and work out strategies to win
– Grasp all immigration programs of the employer precisely, comprehensively and timely, offer regular and detailed training to sales channels
– Maintain excellent relationship with sales channels
– Lead a sales team of 2-5 members to accomplish sales targets
– Paper translation might be involved occasionally
– Other duties assigned by the Director
– Possibility to establish an office for outstanding performers in the designated country of MENA region
– On-job training is provided
