Bilingual Personal Assistant – BPO+

Provide a time management/diary service for the CFO he/she is able to attend all key meetings at the appointed times with all relevant documents needed for the meeting.
Provide efficient personal assistance, correspondence support and preparation of presentations to the CFO by routing correspondence as necessary, taking initiative in drafting replies, ensuring formatting and content is appropriate to ensure they are completed to a high standard. Classify and file the documents and reports in a systematic manner in order to retrieve easily as and when required.
Send invitations and arrange call programs, co-ordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings for the Finance Team so that the arrangements are done on time and without getting distracted from business activities.
Manage the subscription database and subscription renewals for the Department to ensure the team has access to the relevant information when required.
Screen and respond to incoming calls for the Department and take appropriate action to handle the situation. Make routine telephone calls to follow up actions upon request of the team.
Maintain the Finance & Tax Department Whereabouts calendar, ensuring that all absences are tracked and recorded for information purposes within the department.
