Branch Department Manager – Gulf Insurance Co.

• Upcoming changes in the business environment,
• Promote the new company culture; foster a positive environment, empower staff, leads by ideas etc.)
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all time
• Manage the overall operation by target achievement and proper roles assignments.
• Assist HR in the process of interviewing and staff selection.
• Assist in forming the new branches concept
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and new products
• Interactive communication within the branches and all parties
• Maintains full responsibility for assigned business unit, including profitability, product management, budgeting and streamline processes
• Develop and execute full strategic sales and marketing plans to meet department annual target.
• Analyze various reports of the branch officers performance to enhance the lead generation and conversions
• Closely track branches mangers performance and conversion ratios and support them in enhancing their performance levels
