Yes Atlas the leading recruitment agency for international studies in the Middle East opening a new branch in Kuwait (our 6th in Middle East).
We are looking for office/Branch Manager to help us to setup the new office and develop the Kuwaiti market.
You will be the main contact for Yes Atlas in Kuwait and you will be managing 2-3 local staff.
If you have good experience in management, building new market and manage small staff please apply to this job.

Full training will be given for this field.
Managing a critical branch's employees and customers.Overseeing employees in terms of attendance, performance and quality services.
Preparing weekly performance reports and evaluation to higher management.
Preparing accounting basic entries and reports to central accounting office.
Following up with other offices and seeking for best practices serving customers.
Ability to seek direct deals and contacts with local entities.
Time managing employees.
The ability to encourage and support staff to achieve office target
Continues work to evaluate gaps and staff weakness to identify areas that staff need to be educated in to enhance better performance and offering quality services.
